I sold a piece of software on ebay and a few days later the user was demanding their money back because they could not figure out the installation method. After about an hour burned trying to use Windows to connect to the buyer's computer, I grabbed a trial version of this program and I have been a fan ever since. This app is absolutely invaluable to tech support guys everywhere and nI am sure that this monitoring console is a huge time saver.
