After about an hour burned trying to use Windows to connect to the buyer’s computer, I grabbed a trial version of this program and I have been a fan ever since. This app is absolutely invaluable to tech support guys everywhere and nI am sure that this monitoring console is a huge time saver.

It’s OK, but I don’t like the Internet Explorer dependencies.

I’m a little old school, so usually I stick to SSH tunnels and Remote Desktop.
