Are you sure this is true? Whatever happened to Network portion of it. Measure your site from a location on the same LAN as the server is, then measure it in Europe and then in China. The delta between those numbers should be taken up by network delivery part,right? not frontend processing (because you use the same browser everywhere)..]]></description>
