The steps are easy to follow and the hyperlinks are accessible while giving you directions.

But, what do companies think? As a college a student these steps are fairly simple to me because Facebook is my second language, but what about companies? Do they find it easy to use, easy to set up? Also, are they successful with their goals they want to achieve by getting a Facebook account and page?

These steps are a great way for a company to build a great Facebook page and draw in “customers,” but have they seen success?
