Well, that sort of depends on where you live, doesn&#039;t it. When everyone has symmetrical 100mbps access for a monthly cost of no more than a good dinner out for two, then it&#039;ll no longer be an issue. Once broadband is ubiquitous even, then it&#039;ll no longer be an issue. Once &quot;slow&quot; broadband is cheap (or perhaps &quot;free&quot;--white spaces anyone?), then it&#039;ll no longer be an issue.
