		<description><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;It doesn&#039;t take a marketing guru to see that the Coda stands no chance of succeeding. It costs more than the infinitely-more-practical Chevy Volt, and without the 10 year battery warranty to boot. And ugly never sells, EV or no EV. These automakers are
falling victim to the hype and will see firsthand that a bunch of enthusiastic but unreliastic environmental bloggers  aren&#039;t going to be plunking down $45K for anything, much less something that looks like the Coda. The Chinese will learn that the American market cannot be gauged by reading green websites.&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
