imageThere’s still faith in online-only B2B titles: the UK’s William Reed Business Media has bought Montpellier, France-based Decision News Media, publisher of FoodNavigator.com and 16 other food, nutrition and cosmetics news websites. Terms weren’t disclosed, but it’s a good fit with WRBM’s core titles, including The Grocer and Food Manufacture. The release says the deal will “accelerate the growth” of Decision News’ online assets and increase its involvement in events, data services and directories.
