Because the market still isn&#039;t good, sellers can&#039;t expect quite as much money as they would have if it wasn&#039;t for the crisis; therefore insiders will get a larger share of the proceeds. Not to mention that somebody may have had to keep funding the company during the last few months, and that will need to be payed for too.]]></description>
