Questchain is a comprehensive and easy to use survey platform.

Very useful for e-learning, simulations, research and opinion-polling, user feedbacks etc.

Easy embedding of video clips, images, area selection on images and rich text in both Q and A, in addition to standard open-text, multi-choice and matrix questions.

UGC, such as YouTube video clips, can be embedded just as easily.
