		<description><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;The last thing we need to do as tax payers is subsidize GE on wind. Their generators are made in China. How is that supposed to help our economy? If GE stopped moving our jobs to the lowest overseas bidder, I would say help um out, if not let um eat dirt.&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
