		<description><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;This is scary stuff. Sure nothing has been done, but who&#039;s to say nothing can be done, and moreover, will be done? China and Russia are two powerful countries, and if a war ever occurred, we would need every advantage possible (especially against China). Still, I am not sure if this will lead to anything. I read: “…much of our infrastructure is actually older than the internet. It would take a hell of a computer program to start throwing the physical switches at 30 year old nuclear plants.”  http://www.newsy.com/videos/u_s_power_grid_hacked/ That quote made me feel a bit better, but who&#039;s to say China and Russia won&#039;t spend there time and resources to create such a program? We need to restructure the power grid, and increase security very, very soon.&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
