Where is this electricity coming from?
Does it make sense for us to be charging our super green electric cars with electricity that is being created from coal plants or natural gas?? Doesn't that just continue the feel-good greenness that all sorts of companies have been adopting?
What about developing renewable energy sources to support these charging stations?
CA has only 11.8% stated renewable energy and 16.8% coal. only .2% of CA energy comes from Solar... What about the California sun you are so famous for?
