If Intel wins, won&#039;t that affect current chipset since a breach of the current agreement would void it. That would affect current Apple and ION... won&#039;t it?]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I think Intel needs to ask itself what the end game here is. If they actually start winning some of the recent suits that seek to consolidate their market power, they will have opened themselves up to Anti-trust. I really don&#039;t think the current climate will be so lenient to monopoly as the previous 20 years. By winning, they may end up losing even more. Of course, breaking up Intel would be great for consumers, so maybe we should hope they do win and thus lose.]]></description>
