If you look at the vendors with low prices and high values, you can see where operators will be spending. In short, when times are tough, operators won&#039;t throw cash out the door at an Escalade when they can get what they need with a Suburban (GM analogy). As to operators -- it does make you wonder where all those SMBs are running too. After all -- they do still have telecom needs. Think -- non-telco...]]></description>
