		<description><![CDATA[Slot your time.  I have a block of time from 4-6pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays for my side projects.  In this case they do &quot;pay&quot;, just not as well as my &quot;main work&quot;.  They might pay for my lunch that day!

Only issue with slotting time is that eventually you start to commit a great deal of it, and if you try to be flexible and move blocks around you&#039;ll find you aren&#039;t getting things done like you had planned.  Almost have to be hard-headed about this - at least I do.  The trick is to also slot big blocks of &quot;open time&quot; so you can be flexible and handle things that just come up.]]></description>
