I have a regular paid account that has been active over a year. Finally I followed the suggestion the iPhone App made which was call tech support. Tech support informed me that there’s no support. Ending my agreement with Cisco, that really pissed me off.

If you are going to launch an app for a device as elegantly usable as the iphone, at least try and make it easily accessible.
