That prevents them from learning from their mistakes. When a tech company makes a mistake, they don't get gov't help. If it's a big enough mistake, then they go out of business.</p></li> <li><p>The claim that broadband should be everywhere is a bit ridiculous. It is a difficult problem to solve and requires creativity, ingenuity, and hard word. Bankers on the other hand, gambled on housing prices and lost. In fact, government hinders wireless development with their unfair regulation of frequencies.</p></li> </ol> You cannot compare banking with technology for two reasons.
