  4. Unfortunately Coby’s application was intially refused on 13 January by USPTO citing section 2(d) – likelihood of confusion with Psion’s mark #2404976 :(

  5. Incidentally MSI’s ‘Wind Netbook’ application was similarly rejected a few days earlier.
