Your post is is a collection of news that you seem to have read from Western news sources. But most of it is spotty and not 100% correct.
I suggest you link to a Chinese news website and then people can find what they want hear about China&#039;s 3G plans and actions and it will be more accurate for sure.
China is too complex to be understood from a desk outside the country.
