Yahoo desperately needs to just take whatever MS offers them, and “surrender”. At this point, the company is hemorrhaging confidence and cash, and needs to do something to get back on track.

@Todd, yes I agree, Mr. Yang should get a grip and of course, I have to admit, closing Brickhouse was stupid, as dumb perhaps as that taco truck by a dumb start up with little or no prospects.
