My best tech tip is:
First you need to understand how much would be your usage & for what purpose. If your usage is more then you need to get yourself a mobile phone/laptop with more battery backup. If usage is less, then do not worry about battery backup. You need to have high end configuration in you laptop & a high end mobile phone if you are using them extensively for your work/business. Else a laptop & mobile phone with minimal configuration is fine. If you do not follow this, you may end up wasting lot of money & time.
