I prefer Xrun because, unlike most apps in its class, Xrun :
■ is ridiculously easy to use: most of the time the user has to just press a single button.
■ doesn't give your just numbers or graphs (about your weight, body shape, etc). It also shows (green = good, red = bad) how good these numbers are in the user's particular case.
So, the user can decide how much effort to put towards exercise and weight loss.
■ includes 'People's Choice weight recommendation', which takes into consideration age, gender, and peer's perception (in addition to user's height and weight).
■ includes very informative personalized recommendations and has great integration between graphs and health markers.

I like PerTrainer App over iFitness app. The work flow seems more natural and it's very easy to add your own exercises with pictures. Plus they have supporting website. And latest version of the app seems to take care of all bugs. Website is kinda nice and free too: http://pertrainer.com
I think they have import from iFitness, but haven't tried it yet. They also pretty good with response to support requests and seem to be improving the app constantly.

Theres a pretty cool app that helps you perform your gym sets. I use it in conjunction with iFitness and it pretty much gets rid of a personal trainer. Check it out: RepTrainer at www.chezinteractive.com
