		<description>&lt;p&gt;It&#039;s interesting to note too that they targeted lower income neighborhoods in Amsterdam as the first areas to roll out 25/25 50/50 fiber for private residents and businesses. A friend of mine lives in the primarily muslim Javastraat and has 25 up and down to her apartment there. It&#039;s a shame we aren&#039;t being as proactive here in Berlin.&lt;/p&gt;
