This is an example of VCs over reacting at the first sign of difficult times. All the hard work of entreprenuers will come down to some VCs sitting in their plush offices rolling the dice on who should live and who will die. This is the reason why entreprenuers should really think twice about taking VC money.</p> So basically the startups are at the whims of these VCs deciding whether they should live or not.
