&lt;p&gt;Watching expenses, focusing on quality and ensuring that one always has positive cash flow are basic to good business.&lt;/p&gt;

Stand firm and confident and lead the charge.  Keep your sales team focused and if things don&#039;t seem to be going your way, don&#039;t be tempted to play the revolving sales door game.  This is where you&#039;re being pushed to make the numbers and you think the only way to do that is to fire the existing team and start hiring based on a rolodex.  This usually winds up bad for all as the newbies typically last 3 -6 months.  The only looser is the company.  Prospects/clients, employees and vendors will perceive a lack of stability.&lt;/p&gt;
