		<description>&lt;p&gt;Considering that you&#039;d only get 5 million or less subs and have to spend a few billion to upgrade the network (no capital improvements have been made on the iDEN side since before the merger), who would want this turkey? Maybe it would be useful for some sort of complicated tax avoidance play.&lt;/p&gt;
