So to explain how this strange relationship has been working, Tim Armstrong, president of Advertising and Commerce, NA/VP of Google, took the stage at the Interactive Advertising Bureau’s Mixx conference with David Kenny, managing partner of Publicis’ digital hub VivaKi.
