Take a look at the browser-only mode of TurboMeeting at http://www.rhubcom.com, which does not require Flash or Java or any download and installation. It supports all platforms including Windows, Mac, Linux, Unix and even iPhone.

Flash based collaboration tools have difficulty with Flash compatibility.
