		<description><![CDATA[I feel that the initiative to track someone without probable cause is a just one. Although there is a side of me which approves of cell phone tracking as an initiative to thwart any possible attacks. This is specific to cases of murder where investigators have a &quot;gut&quot; feeling about what&#039;s going to happen next. Terrorism is a definitive YES.

In the end, I think the criminal justice system is doing the best they can, and even though I have my own personal &quot;wants&quot; in regards to cellular tracking, I know that our constitutional rights should be upheld.]]></description>
