The products offer unlimited transfers for a yearly fee, and seem to have overcome some of the limitations of many of the other online services.
F.ex: Sending entire folder structures in a cross-platform way, bypassing the common 2 GB single file limitations of flex-like apps, and handling simultaneous uploads.
It seems professional services pay off in the long run when it comes to stability and ease of service and support.
