Would a new kind of memory storage device help? I've read in a prospectus of a kind of new memory coming (Ovonic) large flash memory takes the place of hard drives thus no moving parts less heat so less energy required. If the speed of computing and associated problems can be solved with dual care chip
why not have 100 or 1000 wouldn't they all run cooler
better ywt build a bew chip like OVONIC has and while your at it an open source operating system and a hugh memory call it infinity so large no one know how much it can hold and if it ever does fill up we will just dual core that flash memory. no moving pats is the key and it can't run hot either.

Data centers’ ability to suck up inordinate amounts of electricity is turning them into the Hummers of the computing world.
