		<description><![CDATA[Some professions require that the customers trust the purveyor, like Systems Administrator. You hit the nail on the head that reliance is an issue.

The &quot;cure&quot; for this particular situation would be to have another person have the &quot;highest level&quot; password, and in turn dole out all the next level down passwords herself. That same &quot;Godess&quot; of the network, would not have physical access to the network, and would likely work in an auditor&#039;s office, not the IT Department.

This threat was actually not that big of a deal, compared to other exposures, with even less outside technical experts to help out in an emergency.]]></description>
