		<description>Very Timely post for us here in Australia. We are now at a very important juncture in time, where we and the government have to make some key choices in terms of who or what entity should build/own/run our next next generation national broadband  infrastructure. 

This will either signal a major boost in productivity for our nation or take us back to monopoly single carrier owned stone ages.</description>
