Passive income is the way to go. You can not get rich if you’re only earning money while you’re working… you need to be able to make money while you’re sleeping :-).

I don’t do it myself, but I know half-a-dozen people who make tidy income by renting out plastic chairs and tables and other non-fragile and rather inexpensive items for get-togethers. The rentee has to pick up and return the stuff, and deposits the full price of the items with the booking in cash (no checks). Another lady rents only fancy chair and table covers.

Off course is it realistic!It just the matter of time.But a lot of time it really take time to build passive income especially at the beginning stage.

This is a great article! :)

I’ve been doing contract work and passive income for some time now. As a Flash Developer there are A LOT of ways to do that.

Here for example the top sellers for example make around 5.000$ monthly. I’m a top seller so you can trust my word for it. :)

Not to mention the quantity of custom work one can get. I gave up searching for projects from day 2, and I only accept 10% of the work I get.

At the same time I’m working at some personal projects, which will also bring passive income, as I’ve learned this is a great opportunity for web workers.

So my advice is CONSIDER passive income, as it might change the way you live and work!

another source for passive income (although early days because still in beta) is ki-work.com. ki work is a web platform for accessing and sourcing online work. organised into some 500 categories of online work, category leaders and accredited experts can get a share of ki work’s premium revenues in their category. category leaders can expect passive income in the range of $100k and experts $30k. the proviso, of course, is that the beneficiaries of this income collaborate collectively to scale the network, i.e. the success is largely in their hands and they earn their income by creating an environment of trust for buyers and sellers of remote web work.
