Well even if Citrix lose here, they still win. Hyper-V is based on Xen. Xen has had an office in Redmond working on this project for the past couple of years for the sole purpose of joint development of Hyper-V. Xen's sole purpose was to commoditize the hypervisor. If a version is bundled free in Windows, and it is based on Xensource code, they met their goal. And Citrix has the inside scoop on how Hyper-V works and was implemented.
