IMHO, though, I think the dichotomy you&#039;ve observed between operations and development clouds is simply an artifact cause by vendors using existing technologies to build their services. For example, Agathon Group, a new 3tera partner, offers virtual servers, complete software stacks and even virtual data centers all from the same physical and software infrastructure.&lt;/p&gt;
