		<description>Stacey, ISPs are under a lot of pressure in the UK with the threat of legislation against file sharing (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/7059881.stm). This is nothing more than the ISPs trying to show that legislation is unnecessary and they can self-regulate. 

The "file sharing" party is coming to an end, and we the public better get used to it.</description>
