ScreenshotEasyTZ is a simple tool with just one purpose: to help you coordinate scheduling meetings or events with participants across multiple time zones. Its interface is composed of an embedded Google map, a list of participants, and a calendar. Click on the map to add a new participant; use the calendar controls to pick a date and time in your own time zone. Then the list beneath the map will show you what the corresponding local time is for each participant.

Of course, knowing what time it is won’t necessarily help you schedule meetings, especially with a far-flung team. Check out our past coverage of avoiding time zone dementia and managing teams across time zones for more tips and tricks.
