		<description>Well, he certainly doesn't have a problem with self-assurance. I hope he has some folks around who can tell him when he's full of cr@p. That can be a problem with strong leaders, they don't want anyone around who contradicts them, even to point out something that is being overlooked or needs attention.</description>
