&lt;p&gt;You'd need a map (which I don't have) to see who might be the logical buyer.  T-Mobile would be my bet, since acquiring more AWS spectrum (complementary to its own AWS purchases in Auction 66) would help fill out gaps and/or build capacity for its 3G launch (while keeping handset costs down).  But AT&#38;T or even, who knows, the cable operators could pick some or all of this up to bolster their own AWS portfolios.&lt;/p&gt;
