So this &#8220;all-work-anytime&#8221; culture is a problem in my opinion, because it expects a rapid response at any time of the day or night, and also breaks down an accepted time and place when business can be conducted. 		<description><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;Just wanted to share my own experience of fighting computer/blogging related stress:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Try to find a hobby which does NOT include your computer/blogging. Personally I took up golf a couple of years ago...and it helps me focus on something else for hours and make me want to finish working so I can get on the golfcourse.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Relax and take a deep breath ;o)&lt;/p&gt;
