		<description>Yeah, the longer I go, the more it seems that the key to entrepreneurial achievement is day-to-day execution, zig-zagging through an ever-shifting landscape.

Counterbalancing this with a long-term vision is great, if you have one, but hardly essential.  I've seen so many examples of entrepreneurs succeeding without it.

Succeeding without good execution, though, probably would take a miracle.

Thank you for another good article. I also found your recent "7 Habits of Highly Effective Managers" helpful.</description>

		<description>Definitely true. I live every day reminding myself that the myth is just that - though others looking in not necessarily seeing the problems think that the myth is alive and well.
