I think getting off your ass and doing something is an absolute second step and one that most bloated corporations fail at. If Sprint will listen to us &lt;i&gt;and&lt;/i&gt; act, then they have me.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I applaud Sprint for their "Simply Everything" plan, but, IMO, they also need to:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1.) &lt;b&gt;Fix their web-site&lt;/b&gt;. It's broken is a few areas, overly complex in others and renders poorly with some web browsers.
2.) &lt;b&gt;Increase the selection of their phones&lt;/b&gt;. And drop a few. Come on. The Blackberry 8703e is a fossil. Replace it with the Curve already.&lt;/p&gt;

And then, when you figure this out on your own and call them for your refund, they'll take 2 months to pay you.&lt;/p&gt;
