This is a great post. Our company puts together ISV road shows bi-quarterly and listen for things just like this from other ISV's who live, eat, breath sleep SaaS. I'd like to inquire more on the analytics. I believe that in SaaS, good customer support is crucial and analytics and always creatively asking for feedback is a must. What 3rd party analytics tools do you all use or have you built your own? If you built your own, what functionalities do you use that help you in this area? Look forward to the feedback and I'll be sure to forward some of the discussion points you have clearly outlined to our consultants so we can help spread the word to other ISV's. This was truly a great post.

Cheers,
