		<description>&lt;p&gt;No surprise there, all equipment vendors will be ready to offer them their systems and equipment for 700 MHz.  The question is who will the new carriers trust to actually build the network.  Will they do it themselves, go to a Program Management company that specializes in building networks or will it trust the OEMs to also build their networks?&lt;/p&gt;
