Barely a week after securing an $80 million funding round, London-based ad network Adconion has just spent $20 million to buy Las Vegas-based direct marketer Frontline Direct. The $20 million is in cash and equity. One of the main goals of its recent funding was to help Adconion expand its U.S. presence.
