What is the preferred way to get in touch with Gmail support? My experience in the past is that it can be extremely difficult to get a real person looking at a given issue. Are you talking about a Google Apps account, or a run-of-the-mill Gmail account? (I ask because I have both, but the problem is occurring on the regular Gmail account, not the Google Apps one that has support in the contract).

Thanks!

Not directly related but I thought you'd be interested in a Gmail issue I had this morning.

I wrote two email drafts and saved them. When I went to my drafts folder there was a single item called "(2) Drafts(2)". The word drafts was in red. When trying to open them all I could get was a blank page saying "No subject".

After some hunting on the Gmail Help Discussion forums I discovered that I'm not alone in this:
http://groups.google.com/group/Gmail-ABCs/browse_thread/thread/2c65a69c8a7cce1e/a0eeda4470ebf2bf?lnk=gst&q=(2)+Drafts+(2)#a0eeda4470ebf2bf

You'll notice that my message is the last in the thread. So maybe a solution for you would be to set your Gmail to the "older version" too?

I've seen scores of people report this issue on the Apple support forums and Brian Lam of Gizmodo just pinged me after reading this post. Same issue for him. I suspect that many folks are stuck and don't know where to turn which is part of the reason I've invested so much research time into it. Hopefully, it gets resolved for everyone soon.
