		<description>&lt;p&gt;AT&amp;T is bad enough already, that a billion bucks won&#039;t do much better. Why don&#039;t US ISPs get better, as in Europe or Japan? I&#039;m starting to get tired of US ISPs and their policies.&lt;/p&gt;
