Not so long ago DiSO got all good press. It will be interesting to observe the developing dynamics between the insiders. To wit, read the comment posted by David Recordon in Techcrunch. But it is important to note that there are others are also putting forward solutions with the same objectives even though the powers be may not see it fit to notice.

I think that is a smart move social network is becoming really popular. I find myself staying on twitter for hours just chatting away. I almost bought a software program where I could start my own social site.

It’s kinda about time. With the popularity of MU, and the intense usability of it (not to mention stability, etc), this seems like the natural next move. Can’t say I didn’t see it coming. Took a little longer than I expected, but that’s okay. Worth the wait.
