Talking about buying a lawsuit! The Digital Millenium Protection Act was almost made to shut this program down. Fair use defenses have lost in US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit which sits in San Fransisco for the first round of DVD ripping programs based on DVD John's code.</p> <p>Set up show in Paris! They hate iTunes DRM and have threatened to fund the crackers. He is an EU citizen, he can just move there.
