		<description>&lt;p&gt;well, it is &lt;em&gt;very&lt;/em&gt; difficult to avoid conspiracy theories when &lt;em&gt;three&lt;/em&gt; cables in different locations (but on same "highway") are cut. Surely cable are cut there and here, on regular basis, but three cuts on one pipe - I didn't hear of such coincidence in telecoms history since trans-Atlantic cable was laid for first time.&lt;/p&gt;
